Theatre

I was trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

I have appeared in over 150 plays, beginning with eighteen months at The Northampton Theatre Royal and then a year in Pitlochry and have worked in most repertory theatres in the country, including The National and The Old Vic. 

Highlights include three and a half years in Alan Ayckbourn's company in Scarborough, appearing in nine of his premieres.

Recent theatre work  includes Black Comedy at the fantastic Watermill Theatre in Newbury,  Eugene O'Neills' play Beyond the Horizon  at the Northampton Theatre Royal and subsequently at the National Theatre for 5 months, Amys View at Nottingham Playhouse. A Fine Bright Day Today at the Oldham Coliseum, The Ashes, at Nottingham Playhouse and I am about to start rehearsing The Taming of the Shrew at Derby Playhouse in the New Year.
